It's safer than writing a check or using your credit card at the store. We contract with Pay-Pal Inc. to handle all of our online transactions and although no system is 100% foolproof, PayPal has designed many checks and balances into its system to keep errors and fraud to a bare minimum. You won't find another online financial institution that's better at protecting its customers than PayPal. Do I need a Pay Pal account to donate?

No. You can use the service without signing up for an account; that said, we highly recommend one because it negates the need to enter all of your information every time you purchase an item or make a donation and allows for an up-to-the-date record of all of your purchases.

Note: Payment via an e-check or direct account transfer is only available to verified Pay Pal account holders.

Where do my donations go?

All money received are deposited in a trust account that is under the supervision and control of a treasurer/account and the board of directors of A Spoonful of Sugar. All expenditures are then made with the approval of the board of directors in accordance to A Spoonful of Sugar's charter and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
